Supervision

Are you a student or associate licensed therapist who is passionate about working with Veterans or First Responders but don't know what direction to go?

I am an expert in Veteran and First Responder treatment. I have over a decade in the field and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I offer limited supervision for students and associates needing guidance on breaking into this niche and education on working with this population. 

I began working with the US Army in 2014. From 2015-2020 I served in the US Army as a Behavioral Health Officer. I deployed to Kuwait, Iraq and Jordan. I am also married to an Afghanistan Combat Veteran. 
I expanded my clinical practice to First Responder treatment and exclusively work with the Veteran and First Responder community in Indianapolis, Indiana. I work with Indianapolis Fire Department (IFD), Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD), the Indiana Army National Guard and the Veterans Administration on cases.

My private practice, One Step Forward Counseling, is located in Northwest Indianapolis. 

As I know funds can be tight while you're in school or working on your supervision hours, I offer a reduce rates and packages from my typical hourly rate.

1-hour of supervision via Zoom: $75
Package of 2 1-hour supervision via Zoom: $125
Package of 4 1-hour supervision via Zoom: $250

Please ensure with your state board that virtual supervision is covered. If you need documentation proving supervision hours with me, I am happy to provide this.
