About me: I am a Certified Brainspotting Therapist and expert on Veteran and First Responder treatment. I have been a counselor (LCSW) for over a decade. I began working with the US Army in 2014. From 2015-2020 I served in the US Army as a Behavioral Health Officer. I deployed to Kuwait, Iraq and Jordan. I am also married to an Afghanistan Combat Veteran. I expanded my clinical practice to First Responder treatment and exclusively work with the Veteran and First Responder |
community in Indianapolis, Indiana. I work with Indianapolis Fire Department (IFD), Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD), the Indiana Army National Guard and the Veterans Administration on cases.
I have been a Brainspotter since 2019 and certified since 2020. I completed the following phase courses: Phase 1 (with Cherie Lindberg), Phase 2 (with Cherie Lindberg), Phase 3 (with Dr. David Grand), Phase 4 (with Dr. David Grand), Brainspotting and Addiction (with Dr. Pie Frey).
My private practice, One Step Forward Counseling, is located in Northwest Indianapolis.

$150 per hour, via Zoom
$250 for a package of 2, 1 hour consultations via Zoom
